APPEAL: Riverside

DUMBARTON Riverside is a club on a mission to get its teams kitted out — and they need your help to achieve this.

The community club, which provides coaching and non-competitive league matches for kids aged 5-10, has been selected as one of 500 Scottish teams taking part in the Kits For Kids promotion.

Over the next 10 weeks, the various teams, including Dumbarton Riverside 9s (pictured) will be collecting tokens from the Daily Record and Sunday Mail as they try to get strips sorted out for next season.

And they will be setting up drop off points in shops around Dumbarton so the public can help them out.

Spare tokens can also be sent to coach Scott Banks at: 9 Catriona Place, Lomond Gate, Dumbarton, G82 1BN.

Contact Scott on 01389 731092, 07917020853 or email scottbanks@btinternet.com for further information.
