A SOCCER starlet has set her sights on a clash with the auld enemy.

Bonhill teenager Lesley McMaster jets off to Slovenia today to play for Scotland in the European U19s Championships.

The 16-year-old hopes to line up against the host nation and Slovakia.

But it is the third team in her group which she is most excited about facing — England.

An ecstatic Lesley told Sport Scene: “When I heard we had England in our group I was totally shocked, it would be amazing to get picked for that game.

“I’ve managed to play for Rangers, for Scotland, and now hopefully against our biggest rivals.”

The 16-year-old’s dad Ken said: “It makes me immensely proud to see how far she has come in such a short space of time.”
