A THIEF who stole items from a car and a construction site at Kilpatrick School in Dalmuir will be the subject of a drugs treatment and testing order (DTTO) for the next two years.
Martin McClymont, 36, stole a quantity of tools and a toaster from the site at the school on April 27 this year.
He was on bail at the time of the theft for another incident which took place less than a week before on April 21 when he stole items from an unsecured car on Kimberley Street in Clydebank. The items included a watch, a necklace, a jacket and a set of locking wheel nuts.
McClymont who lives at Quebec House in Melbourne Avenue in Clydebank, was appearing at Dumbarton Sheriff Court to be sentenced for the offences.
Sheriff William Gallacher imposed the DTTO, saying: "You seem to be ready. It is very hard work, it's difficult and relies on you to be involved in very many things."
The sheriff fixed a first review of the order for July 19.
