A £200,000 project to refurbish lifts at the Vale of Leven Hospital began last week.
Lifts in the healthcare for the elderly area of the hospital will be upgraded.
Work will also be done to refurbish a goods lift for the kitchen will also be refurbished.
The project is expected to last 20 weeks. David Loudon, NHSGGC’s director of facilities said: “We will do our very best to keep disruption to a minimum for patients and staff while this investment work is carried out.
“We wish to thank them for their patience during this busy time and have put up signs explaining the reasons for the disruption.”
