Dumbarton Sheriff Court, where the case was heard
A DUMBARTON man pleaded guilty at court last week to two assaults at a takeaway earlier this year.
John McIntyre, of Westcliffe, admitted to biting one man on the head, seizing him by the body and assaulting him to his injury at Aladdin Hot for You, on the High Street.
The 26-year-old also headbutted another man in the same incident on March 26.
Sheriff Maxwell Hendry deferred sentence until December 21 for reports to be prepared on McIntyre, who has previous convictions.
