A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal
TWO men, aged 50 and 53, have been reported for allegedly being within a business at Dalmoak Refuse Yard on Monday.
The men were found about 1.40am and arrested under the Civic Government Scotland Act 1982 for being in a property with intent to commit theft.
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
