Police are investigating
A 50 year-old man has been arrested for allegedly subjecting a shopkeeper to racial abuse.
The incident is said to have happened at about 6.30pm on Friday, April 17 within Haldane Newsagents, in Alexandria.
A suspect was subsequently arrested and detained in custody on charges of racially aggravated Breach of the Peace.
