The days and times of the weekly police surgeries held at Alexandria One Stop Shop are to change from May 15.
From that Monday, officers will be available on Mondays between 2pm and 4pm and on Thursdays between the same hours.
The change follows a review of current commitments which revealed a higher number of requests to speak to the Police between these particular hours.
Police Scotland say that the changes will ensure they are able to provide a "valued and needed public service" and continue to build on "community engagement".
They also reminded people who need to speak to police outside of these times to either call 101 or via 999 in cases of emergency.
