DUNBRITTON Housing Association has announced a revamp in its personnel.

Along with chief executive officer Allan Murphy, the group has bolstered its ranks by appointing Tricia McShane as customer services manager and Paul Sweeney as asset manager.

In their latest newsletter Dunbritton, who are based in Dumbarton High Street, say: “Having been with the Association as customer services manager since 2014 Allan has quickly settled into the new role and continues to lead the team with his usual enthusiasm and commitment.

“Big things are on the horizon at Dunbritton including: a comprehensive review of our corporate standards, policies and procedures, preparations for a series of events to highlight the Association’s 25th Anniversary this year, the exciting developments planned at Dumbarton Harbour and Succoth and our continuing work towards the European Foundation for Quality Management’s ‘Recognised for Excellence’ assessment that is managed by Quality Scotland.”

Allan said: “This is a really exciting time at Dunbritton and we are always looking at ways in which we can improve the services we deliver.

“We will continue to develop meaningful consultation with customers, listen to what they have to say, and deliver improvements that make a difference to people’s lives in the communities we serve.

“We have appointed Tricia McShane as customer services manager and Paul Sweeney as acting asset manager to join our existing management team and I am confident we have the right people in place to ensure the Association will be fit for purpose moving forward.”

Tricia brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of social housing, built over 26 years.

Tricia said: “I’m really enjoying it here at Dunbritton and I’m looking forward to building on the excellent relationships we have with customers, contractors and other stakeholders in the months and years ahead.”

“We have some really exciting plans for the future and I am confident that we can continue to build on the excellent reputation that Dunbritton has built over the past 25 years.”

Paul previously worked for many years at West Dunbartonshire Council in a range of roles and has an in-depth knowledge of the Association’s housing stock.

Paul said: “Nothing stands still at Dunbritton and I’m really looking forward to playing my part as we continue to develop and build on the solid foundations we have built over many years.”
