A DUMBARTON man will be brought back to court next month to face sentence after being found in possession of three class A drugs in a car park in the town.
Brian Buist, 39, of Ardoch Crescent in Brucehill, was found with quantities of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy in the car park hear the St James Retail Park on October 7 last year.
Buist's pleas of guilty to the three charges, and to one count of obstructing police by struggling with them and trying to run away on the same date, were confirmed by his solicitor, Scott Adair, at a court hearing on Friday.
Deferring sentence until June 16 for background reports, Sheriff Maxwell Hendry said:” The court needs to know as much as possible about you so the court can impose and appropriate punishment.”
