A CLACKMANNAN man has been accused of a series of road traffic offences.
Last Wednesday at Alloa's Justice of the Peace Court, John Donald maintained his plea of not guilty to allegedly driving a car along the town's Hillcrest Drive without insurance or a valid licence on June 13 last year.
The 28-year-old, of Zetland Street, denies colliding with another motor and failing to stop and give his details or report the alleged incident to the police within 24 hours.
Neighbour and co-accused Lorna Connell, 34, the registered keeper of the vehicle Donald is alleged to have been driving, also maintained her plea of not guilty to failing to provide details of the suspected driver of her car to a police constable on June 15, 2016.
The duo will stand trial on June 7.
