PRIMARY seven pupils at Knoxland Primary School enjoyed an adventurous trip to Auchengillan Residential Outdoor Centre.

On the day they took part in a range of activities and a great time was had by all.

A school spokesperson said: “What an amazing time the P7s had at the superb facilities offered by the Auchengillan Residential Outdoor Centre.

“What a pleasure it was to take them all on this exciting trip.

“All the children participated with great enthusiasm in all the activities: abseiling, mountain climbing, paradropping, pole climbing, mountain biking, archery, canoeing, orienteering, team building games, night line walking, bush walking, including fire building and campfire songs.

“The instructor team commented on the children’s excellent manners and listening skills and what a credit they were to their families.”

Staff at Knoxland Primary School have been thanked for giving up their time to accompany the children on this great adventure.

The spokesperson added: “Without staff being so generous with their time such activities would not be impossible.”
