AN ALEXANDRIA man has admitted throwing furniture around the room and smashing a window at the homeless facility which housed him.
Callum Woods pleaded guilty to wilfully damaging the Blue Triangle property on Alexander Street by breaking the furniture, and to breaching bail conditions by being outwith the centre during a 7pm to 7am curfew on New Year’s Day.
The 22-year-old’s defence agent Lauren Kerr told Dumbarton Sheriff Court during a hearing last Wednesday that her client was welcome back to the facility.
Sheriff Maxwell Hendry told Woods his disregard of two bail orders left him concerned he could not be trusted.
He added: “You are now subject to the three bail orders and while I can’t firmly see into the future, I can firmly predict it would be highly unlikely you would subject to a fourth.”
Sentence was deferred to February 2 to allow for reports.
