Failed breath test
A MAN more than five times legal drink drive limit in Dumbarton has been banned from the roads for four years.
Russell Petrie, of Allan Place, was caught on March 12 this year on the A82 Stirling Road near the junction with Garshake Road and Round Riding Road. Dumbarton Sheriff Court heard the 58-year-old had 113mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath when the limit is 22mg.
