Dumbarton Sheriff Court
A DUMBARTON man who stole alcohol from the Co-op in Glasgow Road almost three years ago has been jailed for three months.
Thomas Kearney, previously of Castle Brae, had his previous community payback order revoked at Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week.
Sheriff William Gallacher, noting the 29-year-old wasn’t complying with the CPO, jailed him for the June 10, 2015 theft.
