Dumbarton Sheriff Court
A DUMBARTON man stole a quantity of copper piping from a house belonging to West Dunbartonshire Council.
Dumbarton Sheriff Court heard last Wednesday how Craig Montague, of Westcliff, carried out the theft from a neighbouring property on March 25, 2016.
The 46-year-old also admitted being in possession of the Class A drug cocaine at his home on November 28, 2017.
Sheriff Maxwell Hendry put him on a community payback order and called for a review on September 14.
He was ordered to be of good behaviour and ordained to appear.
