Man who spat on partner in pub faces sentencing
AN OLD Kilpatrick man who spat on his partner in a Dumbarton pub will be sentenced next month.
David Gordon, 52, committed the vile act in the Stag’s Head, Glasgow Road, on January 24, 2017.
Dumbarton Sheriff Court heard last Wednesday how he spat on the head of his partner.
Sheriff Maxwell Hendry deferred sentence until August 22. Bail was continued.
