The driver reportedly failed a breath test
A 40-YEAR-OLD man was arrested by police on suspicion of drink-driving in Cardross.
An off-duty police officer reported concerns at the erratic way a silver Seat was being driven in the village at around 2.20am on Saturday, July 7.
Police officers from Helensburgh were called to the scene and carried out a breath test, which the driver reportedly failed.
He was later released from custody pending an appearance at Dumbarton Sheriff Court.
