A DUMBARTON man has been put on court-ordered drug treatment for having a prohibited weapon.
Paul Mundie, 32, of Glencairn Road, was in possession of a conductive energy device designed or adapted for the discharge of a noxious liquid, gas or electricity. The offence happened on April 21, this year, at his Dumbarton home.
Sheriff William Gallacher put him on a drug treatment and testing order for two years when Mundie appeared at Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week.
The sheriff told him: βIt is very demanding.β
Mundie was ordered to return to court on October 24 for a review.
