A SECOND group of pupils from Vale of Leven Academy had the opportunity to visit Dumbarton Police Office.
Previously a group of S3 pupils were welcomed by PCs Melvin and Marshland as part of their participation in the Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network Course.
Now several more pupils have benefitted from a chance to meet with PC Melvin and hear about what is involved in being a police officer.
The pupils were given a tour of the cells, got to test out handcuffs and checked out the police van.
They even had their mugshots taken during the visit.
