A DUMBARTON woman who assaulted two men in Alexandria on consecutive days last year, has been told to stay out of trouble for the next three months.
Sandie-Rose Miller, 25, of Ashton View, Westcliff, carried out the attacks on September 8 and 9 respectively at Rosshead House, Heather Avenue, Alexandria.
Dumbarton Sheriff Court heard on Wednesday how she punched one man on the head and the following day at the same house, repeatedly seized another man by the neck and slapped him on the head.
Lawyer Scott Adair said: "She is making progress since being put on a Community Paybak Order."
Sheriff Maxwell Hendry told Miller: "This is a very pleasing report and you seem to be heading in the right direction. I want to see as good a report in the next three months."
A CPO review was set for April 10. She was ordered to be of good behaviour and bail was continued.
