Pupils from six schools in Dumbarton impressed organisers as they took part in a netball festival last Wednesday morning.
St Patrick's, St Michael's, Braehead, Aitkenbar, St Peter's and Knoxland Primaries all sent teams along to the event, which was run by Active Schools.
It was the second festival of three this session for Dumbarton schools with the first one taking place last November.
At the festivals, each school plays each other in a round robin format with three points for a win, two for a draw and one for a low.
At the end of the three festivals, the combined scores are tallied up and the top two schools will go on to compete against the top schools in the Vale and Clydebank at the final in June.

Emma McCluskey, Active Schools coordinator, told the Reporter: "Great improvements from festival one – clearly the pupils have been training hard.
"Overall it was a great event with some fantastic netball being played.
"The children also showed great sportsmanship proudly representing their schools. I hope they continue with training and I can’t wait to see them compete again at our final qualifier in May!
"A huge thanks to Michelle from Dumbarton Harp ladies team who kindly gave up her time to umpire."
For any P5 to S1 pupils interested in playing netball outside of school, the Harp Junior community club welcomes players at their Meadow Centre session every Tuesday night from 6pm to 7pm. The cost is £2 per session to turn up and play.
