A busker at Loch Lomond Shores is appealing for help to reunite a pen drive containing wedding photos with its owner.

Rosie Green found the blue memory stick in the grey box she uses to collect coins and was shocked to discover it contained 80 photos of the bride, groom and family members enjoying the special day.

The 17-year-old from Bonhill, admits she sometimes does get some peculiar things dropped in, but was surprised to discover such a sentimental item, which contains one file named ‘Fiona and Jenky’.

She told the Reporter: “Someone dropped it in with the coins I collect. I didn’t know what it was at first and I thought what on earth is this because sometimes I do get strange things.

“I thought I better check if it is anything valuable. The wedding photos will be quite special to someone, so I thought I better find the owner as soon possible. I feel like they are quite valuable photos if someone has lost them.”

Rosie, who is in sixth year at Lomond School, has been busking for about a year and drives to Loch Lomond Shores at the weekends to sing a variety of pop and folk songs outside Jenners.

While, she only discovered the pen recently, she believes it may have been dropped in accidentally during the festive period.

She added: “I hadn’t checked my bag until recently and, when I did, I found it underneath the coins. I think it was dropped in just after Christmas and just before New Year.

“My parents sometimes come and my dad thought he saw something put in just before New Year. I think that was definitely the time it dropped in.”
