We are constantly hearing about how children spend more and more time cooped up in their homes playing video games and being glued to the computer or tablet.
But two great clubs are giving children in the area the chance to step away from all that and enjoy some good, old fashioned fun outdoors.
The Curiosity Club at Bowling Harbour is back and will be taking place every Friday of the month in March.
Following on from its success - and new for 2019 - is the Curiosity Club in Christie Park Alexandria, which will also be running every Friday in March.

Organised by Lodestone Creative, both clubs are on from 3.30pm to 5pm and are aimed at five to 11-year-olds with a suggested donation of £4.
They provide the perfect opportunity for children to kick start the weekend by getting back to nature and having fun playing outdoors with Lodestone Creative’s fantastic activity leaders.
For more information see Lodestone Creative’s Facebook page or to register for either club visit eventbrite.co.uk.
