Average house prices in West Dunbartonshire have hardly budged in the past year while the Scotland in general has seen an increase.
New figures show prices in the area dipped very slightly by 0.2 per cent in the year to March.
According to the UK House Price Index, this puts the average price at £102,906.
In contrast to West Dunbartonshire, house prices across Scotland generally increased by 3.3 per cent in the year to March, up from 0.5 per cent in the year to February.
This is a faster growth than the UK annual rate of 1.4 per cent.
Argyll and Bute saw a 4.6 per cent increase to £143,855, and Inverclyde showed an even bigger jump of 6.3 per cent to £103,047.
The Western Isles had the largest jump, up 25.5 per cent to £125,745, while the City of Aberdeen showed the biggest slump, by seven per cent to £148,236.
