A MAN who spat at his partner has been ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work in the community.
David Gordon, 53, previously of Thistleneuk, Old Kilpatrick, assaulted the woman at the Stags Head pub in Dumbarton on January 24, 2017. Gordon later broke a curfew imposed when he got bail.
He has already been on a community payback order and returned to Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week for a review.
Sheriff Maxwell Hendry said the CPO, which runs until January 2020, could continue and imposed a final punishment for unpaid work.
He told Gordon: βAt the moment, things are going pretty well. I hope you will find it easier to comply. But if you do go off track, then you will appear before me again.β
