A TOTAL of 10 new apprentices have joined Babcock following a process that attracted in excess of 300 applicants.
After a series of demanding assessments and practical tests, the ten top applicants were chosen to begin a four-year apprenticeship with Babcock.
Among the new recruits are Christopher Rafter and Katie Brown.
Christopher said: "I’m excited to be joining Babcock. It’s clear that the company places a lot of value on its apprentices and whilst the next four years will be challenging, we’ve already received so much support and encouragement from the team I really can’t think of anywhere better to learn my trade."
Margaret Miller Early Careers Manager said: "Our thorough recruitment process ensures that we select the very best candidates to join us here at Babcock. "
