ARDARDANÂ Estate in Cardross welcomed visitors and far and wide to their annual festival of food on Saturday.
The event was full of festive inspiration ahead of Christmas with a number of suppliers on hand, including several firms whose wares are on sale year-round at the estate's farm shop, and plenty of food to tickle visitors' tastebuds.
Olives Et Al, Cottage Delight Ltd, Thomson's Coffee, Winston Churchill Venison, Ardardan's own home-bred Highland beef and much more was available to sample and purchase ahead of the festive season.
As part of the festival, organisers arranged for a cheese tasting to take place at 2pm.
This gave visitors the opportunity to try a range of specially selected cheeses and accompaniments in order to create their perfect Christmas cheese board.
The festival ran from 10am until 4pm with a stream of people visiting throughout the day.
An Ardardan spokeswoman said: "We had a lovely day at our food festival and really appreciated all our suppliers who came along. We hope everyone enjoyed it and thank you all for coming!"
There's more festive fun taking place at Ardardan over the next few weeks, including festive afternoon teas, storytelling sessions, trailer rides, Scottish takes on festive songs with Artie Tresize of Singing Kettle fame, and even a chance to have breakfast with Santa.
