AN Alexandria man who assaulted a woman has been ordered to do 80 hours of unpaid work in the community.
Sean Stewart, formerly of Broomhill Crescent, previously admitted striking the woman on the face and pulling her by the hair on May 27 last year, in Wallace Street, Dumbarton.
Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week heard the 30-year-old is now living in Aberfeldy, Perthshire, and continues to be in a relationship with the woman. Stewart will also be under supervision for a year.
