POLICE have this afternoon appealed for information after a family owned garden centre business was broken into on Sunday.
Loch Lomond Homes and Gardens Centre, in Stirling Road, Alexandria, was targeted on Sunday night at around 11.50pm.
And a quantity of money was taken, along with vouchers, it's been claimed.
A police spokesperson said: "About 11.52pm on Sunday, the premises of Loch Lomond Home and Garden Centre were broken into and a quantity of cash and vouchers were stolen, along with other items."
A statement from the proprietors was posted on Facebook, which read as follows: "Our beautiful garden centre was broken into and the thieves managed to steal our large safe with a very large some of money."
