Dumbarton and the Vale garden lovers are welcomed along to Balloch Castle Country Park this Thursday, May 24, to help plant wild flower plug and sow seeds.
All species chosen will help wildlife by providing a source of nectar and pollen for pollinators such as bees and butterflies.
This week, planting will be up at the Old Quarry Pond.
Volunteers are requested to meet at the courtyard building and to wear wellies if possible.
Planting with be from 1pm to 4pm.
