A cyclist was taken to hospital
A CYCLIST was taken to hospital following a crash on the A82 near the Stoneymollan roundabout last week.
Emergency services were called to the the accident at 7.05pm on Monday evening to find a 45-year-old male cyclist had been struck by a 4x4 Toyota Hilux.
The man was then taken to hospital by ambulance to be treated for serious back injuries, however there were no life threatening injuries.
The 25-year-old driver of the 4x4 will be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with alleged road traffic offences.
