A DUMBARTON church is hosting an organ recital evening tomorrow (Wednesday, June 6).
Riverside Parish Church, High Street, will host the event from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.
The programme includes: Fanfare for the Coronation of Poppea – Claudio Monteverdi; Allegretto from the 4th Symphony – Felix Mendelssohn; How beautiful are the feet; He shall feed his flock / Come unto Him) Messiah – George Frideric Handel; Toccata, Adagio and Fugue in C, BWV 564 – Johann Sebastian Bach; The Swan (Carnival des Animaux) – Camille Saint-Saux; Scherzetto, from the Sonata – Percy Whitlock; and five pieces from the Water Music and Music for the Royal Fireworks - George Frideric Handel - Minuet in F, La Paix, Rigaudon, Saraband, Allegro in D, and let the bright seraphim their angel-trumpet blow – Handel.
