The works are currently ongoing at Stirling Road, Garshake Road, and Round Riding Road junction in Dumbarton.
A spokeswoman for SGN said: “We’ve made very good progress during the past week and have completed all our works on the A82, Stirling Road.
"We have moved in to phase four of our works, having completed both phase two and phase three over the past few days, and are now working in Garshake Road.
“Some of our work here will be near the entrance to Dumbarton Cemetery. Priority will be given to vehicles accessing the cemetery at all times.
“It has been necessary to keep an excavation open in Round Riding Road while we complete phase four. The road remains closed.
“We would like to thank roadusers and the local community for their continued patience while our essential works are completed.”
