Trains have faced delays and traffic has been heavy while the snow continues. School buses have been stuck in traffic throughout the area. West Dunbartonshire Council has said they have had gritters out since 3pm yesterday.
It's been reported that the police are turning cars away from Stoneymollan roundabout.
First Bus have said: "The ONE services are delayed as a result of snow in the Dumbarton area. This has a knock-on effect by the time the services reach the city."
Lomond Foodbank will also be closed today due to the weather and driving conditions.
