POLICE officers based at Dumbarton have appealed for witnesses after stones were thrown at a First Bus, breaking one of the windows while on Cardross Road, Dumbarton.
The incident occured at around 1.55pm on Monday June 22. Inspector Neil Smith said: “This was a senseless act and could have have had far more serious consequences had the stone struck the driver’s windscreen.” Anyone with informatio was urged to call police on 101.
