A 64 year-old man has died after being discovered by a group of walkers in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.
The Loch Lomond Rescue Boat were paged for assistance just after midday on Monday following reports of an unconscious male.
It's understood the man had been found by a group of walkers two miles south of Ardlui, on the West Highland Way.
A statement from the Loch Lomond Rescue Boat said: "Crew assisted the Scottish Ambulance Service, however, despite all efforts made the 64 year old male was pronounced dead at the scene.
"The thoughts of all LLRB Crew and committee are with the family of the deceased at this time."
