ART lovers are being invited to RSPB Scotland Loch Lomond in October for a unique event celebrating the work of artist in residence, Susannah Ramsay.
Participants can take a candlelit walk through the woods and view Susannah’s film poem, The Essence of Place, on a large screen outside in the open air.
This short film, lasting only five minutes, will play on a loop, and will be screened between 7.30pm and 9.30pm on Saturday, October 21.
A spokesperson for RSPB Loch Lomond said: "Susannah has been working with us at Loch Lomond as part of her PhD research for the University of Stirling, and Glasgow School of Art.
"The Essence of Place is her final piece of work, and presents the landscape and wildlife of Loch Lomond through the changing seasons.
"In it, Susannah explores the meaning of place as a way to connect with memories, and focuses on our relationship with nature and landscapes."
Booking is essential. Slots to view this audiovisual installation are every 15 minutes.
Parking for the event is at Ross Priory.
You will be met at Ross Priory and transferred the short distance to RSPB Scotland Loch Lomond by mini-bus.
