BEFORE: Lynda after the birth of baby Lilly

NOW: Lynda in her size 12 dress

YUMMY mummy Lynda Brown has dropped three dress sizes to fit into her little black dress.

This time last year Lynda, 37, was feeling frumpy as she was expecting her third child.

But after Lilly was born in March, she was still struggling to shift the baby weight.

In June, she made the life-changing decision to join Slimming World.

Lynda said: "I decided to join Christine Warren's group at St Martin's Church hall, Renton as I was unhappy with my weight and size.

"My daughter, Lilly was four-months-old and I felt that if I carried on eating unhealthily, I wouldn't be fit enough to run around and play with her when she was older."

"I had heard of Christine's groups from reading the paper, so I knew how successful the plan was.

"My dad is also a member of the men-only group, so I decided to give it a go.

"Going into the group for the first time I thought would be quite daunting but as soon as you walk through the doors you are welcomed into a new family and I knew that I wasn't alone in my journey.

"Your weight is confidential, there is no humiliation and everyone is so friendly.

"The Extra Easy plan is so flexible and so easy to follow, to be honest, I didn't believe you could eat so much and still lose weight.

"I love a big breakfast - bacon, eggs, mushroom, tomato and beans which you can eat freely without weighing or measuring and I always have a packet of crisps every day as my treat."
