Friends of Kilpatrick School will use the £1,996 to buy equipment for children at the school, which is in neighbouring Clydebank.
The money has come from the Celebrate and 2014 Communities fund — a £10,000 funding pot which has been shared out across the country.
Davina Conerty, an instructor at the Friends group, said: “The main aim of our group is to support and enhance the education of pupils with additional support needs who attend Kilpatrick School. This money will allow us to buy four new trikes to complement our existing stock.
“This will make a huge difference to our pupils and the trikes will be used throughout the day to provide a fun way to improve their health and wellbeing.”
