David Scott, of Alexandria, denies three charges of indecent exposure.

The alleged incident occurred on the evening of Wednesday, September 3.

Mr Scott is alleged to have exposed himself to three young girls in the Dumbarton area, with the youngest aged 12.

Police were called in to search for a man in connection with the incidents after they were made aware of a man allegedly exposing himself to the 12-year-old on a path near to the town centre.

After launching a public appeal, two other incidents of a similar nature were reported.

That saw allegations of a 13-year-old being flashed on Howatshaws Road around 6.45pm on the same night, with a 17-year-old also said to have been targeted on Bankend Road at Broadmeadow Industrial Estate at around 8.15pm.

The first reported incident is said to have happened around 8.45pm on the night in question.

Mr Scott denies the charges against him. Last week he was released from Dumbarton Sheriff Court on bail.

He was given special bail conditions ordering him not to contact or attempt to contact the three girls associated with the allegations.

He will return to court at a later date.
