Paul Harley, 53 was last seen at 11am on Sunday, September 28 leaving his home in Whiteford Avenue, Bellsmyre.
Police have stepped up their investigation after his bank cards and phone had not been used in a number of days and concern is now mounting for his wellbeing as it is unkown whether he is carrying the medication he needs.
Paul is white, around 5ft 8ins tall and of slim build.
He has black receding hair, green eyes and a tattoo “Kyla” on his right arm.
The much loved father with three children is well known in the community. Extensive enquiries have been carried out since he was reported missing to Police on September 29 by his son, also called Paul. Inspector John McMillan has appealed for information.
He said: “I would like to ask anyone who has seen or has had contact with Paul to contact me. Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 as soon as possible.” Paul, who is originally from Coatbridge works as a welder for ScotRail and has been known to travel the country by train. His family have asked that anyone who has seen Paul or has any information to contact the Police.
