The volunteers were called out at around 5.30pm on Tuesday, July 14, by Police Scotland to the incident, north of Inversnaid, at the loch-side.
The crew arrived on scene where they found the man had fallen around 15ft, sustaining several injuries, some of which that were deemed serious.
The rescue boat alongside paramedics moved the man who was taken to the Inversnaid Hotel car park and handed over to the waiting Ambulance Helicopter, Helimed 76.
This was a joint call out with Loch Lomond Rescue Boat, Scottish Ambulance Service, Police Scotland, and The National Park Rangers all in attendance.
