A 31-year-old man was arrested in the early hours of Saturday August 22 for allegedly failing the roadside breath test after he was observed driving erratically on Balloch Road, Balloch. He was held in custody until his appearance at court.
A 20-year-old man was arrested for drink driving about 02.45am on Sunday August 23. He is alleged to have failed the roadside breath test after he was observed driving in a car park on Balloch Road, Balloch, and will appear at court on a later date.
A 48-year-old man was also arrested about 11.15pm on Sunday 23 August after he allegedly failed the roadside breath test at the forecourt of Milton Service Station, Dumbarton Road, Milton. He will appear at court on a later date
