AN ANXIOUS owner has today been reunited with her beloved pet parrot.
Ailsah McArthur launched an online appeal earlier this week after her blue and gold Macaw Parrot, named “Skye,” escaped from the family home in Alexandria.
She launched an appeal via social media- and enlisted the help of The Reporter- in a bid to track her beloved pet down.
Skye was spotted in the trees at Bonhill on Sunday but when Ailsah attempted to retrieve the bird she flew away, heading to the Vale, towards the trees down the side of the River Leven.
Thankfully, though, Skye was spotted earlier today and finally reunited with her owner.
