Bruce Walker, managing director, Walker Group added, “We are delighted with the ongoing progress at Lomondgate which continues to attract leading brand names to the development and creating much needed local jobs thanks also to the support of West Dunbartonshire Council who recognise the great investment and potential of the location.

“We have also submitted an application to extend the existing outline planning consent for Lomondgate Services and Lomondgate Business Park, which is an automatic requirement after a three year period, and look forward to the development going from strength to strength.” On completion, Lomondgate will feature 400 new homes, created by Walker Group, Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey.

The development also features a 20-acre business park which has already attracted world leading occupiers, the BBC and Aggreko.
