We are very concerned at the proposed administration of the new system. For example how is every club going to know who has taken money in the form of cash and who has not? Remember that all of the clubs involved in providing welfare to the elderly are run by volunteers.

We believe that the new system will prove costly for the council and therefore their will be less money for welfare. This money could and should be put to better use.

If it ain't broken, don't fix it!
