THIS Saturday's match between Dumbarton FC and Brechin City has been brought forward.
Storm damage to the floodlights at the Rock means that the match will start at 1.30pm.
Gilbert Lawrie, Sons chief executive, explained the situation to the club's website earlier today.
He said : "Last week's very high winds caused havoc in an around the Dumbarton area and unfortunately we didn't escape the worst of it at the Stadium.
"Our floodlights took the brunt of the storm and as a result most if not all of the heads on each pylon are now out of alignment.
"Added to that is the news that the lamps contained within are also needing replaced.
"We won't be able to get the lights properly adjusted in time for the Brechin City match so with agreement from both City and the SFL, the new kick-off time is 1.45pm."
