Ian Murray makes his third signing as Sons boss.

Ian Murray has made his third signing as Dumbarton manager with the addition of winger Mark Lamont to his squad.
The 22-year-old, who had previously been on loan at the club from St Mirren, has penned a deal until the end of the season after impressing on trial at the Bet Butler Stadium following his release from the Buddies.
Murray has already signed striker Marc McCusker on a deal until the end of the season and left-back Scott Smith, who joined the club on loan from Hibs while the manager extended the loan deal of right-back Nicky Devlin from Motherwell.

Queen of the South ended Dumbarton’s unbeaten start to 2014 with the Sons going down 3-1 at Palmerston Park at the weekend. Manager Ian Murray was understandably disappointed with the performance, his side evidently not turning up in the first half and the game over as a contest at the interval and 2-0 down.
