The left sided player joined Accies from Clyde earlier this summer but has struggled to break into Alex Neil's first team plans and the Hamilton boss has opted to send him on loan to Dumbarton to gain further first team experience.

The 21-year-old joined Clyde from Motherwell as a left midfielder but Bully Wee boss Jim Duffy quickly converted him to a left back.

During his time at Clyde a number of impressive performance earned him his move to Premiership Accies.
